September 2011 Basement Remodel

Here we did a basic repair and remodel. We repaired the walls where they got cut out for waterproofing. We Painted the walls and new trim. We installed a walnut engineered laminate floor. This room is now updated and very inviting!

August 2010 Basement Remodel

Here we used 1/4" drywall and went over the existing wood paneling. We used tear away bead at the ceiling and casing. This is so we didn't have to remove the drop ceiling or casing. We left the basement ready to be painted. We will have updated pictures soon.

June 2010 Finished Basement with Home Theater

This is a 500 sq ft basement that we finished. The walls were all framed and insulated. We used drywall for the ceiling and soffets and used sound dampening insulation. All the doors are six panel and match the rest of the house. We created two different closet spaces and a large storage area in the furnace room. The home theater system was prewired by the homeowner. We installed a small dry bar with a beautiful granite countertop with a matching backsplash. The finished product looks great and is a beautiful addition to this newly built house.

July 2007 New Basement Remodel

Here we fished this 1200 sq ft basement. We designed the layout of the basement with a 12'x14' bedroom. A very nice 1/2 bath and plenty of storage. We installed resessed lighting in the drywalled ceiling. We used six-panel doors throughout and french doors for the bedroom and storage area. Some of the special features of this basement include the knee wall with elevated play area, the recessed bench with storage beneath, and this built in desk. Wow!
